Secondary Drain Unclog includes drain lines from 2” or smaller. These lines include kitchen sink, shower, bathtub and bathroom sink drains. This will cover up to 25’ of snake cable. If a longer cable is required the price will be increased $100 for a 75’ long snake cable. This price reflects access to a drain clean out for the affected drain. If no access is available an additional $65 will be charged for removal of any sink p-traps for access.

This includes using a snake up to 75’ if a 100’ cable is required the price will be increased an additional $100. This Price reflects going through an accessible drain clean out. Does not include removal of fixtures or furniture for access in price. Additional cost will be required based on what kinds of removal is required. If toilet is required to be removed to access drain the price is the cost of a toilet reset at $198
